Starting Salary: $21-$24 /hour based on experience

Hours: 7:30 am – 4 pm. 30 min nonpaid lunch.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

• Correspond with our customers by phone or email
• Schedule customer service with 40 technicians
• Maintain and update customer records for future reference

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:

• Must be organized and dependable
• Friendly, eager, and enthusiastic
• Microsoft Excel and Word experience is a must
• Overtime available, including some Saturday mornings (1-2 times per month)
