Job Title: Facility Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

  • Candidates will be in charge of a Union Facility Group
  • They will oversee trades workers performing repairs on HVAC, plumbing, millwright, painting, and electrical systems
  • Responsibilities include managing repairs, scheduling, and ordering, as well as handling disciplinary measures and tracking

Responsibilities

  • Oversee trades workers performing HVAC, plumbing, millwright, painting, and electrical repairs
  • Manage repair schedules and order necessary supplies
  • Implement and manage disciplinary measures
  • Track and document work progress and employee performance

Essential Skills

  • Experience in facilities maintenance, including working on machines and facility trades
  • At least 5 years of leadership or supervision experience, specifically overseeing union workers
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, with examples of implemented safety measures and adherence

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $36.06/hr.
