Job Title: Machine Operator

Pay: $17.00-$20.00/hr. (plus shift differential)

In this role, you'll support the manufacturing process for thermal and heat exchange products, contributing to a growing company and a team committed to excellence. Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly Tasks: Perform core assembly functions for heat exchangers, following detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions to correctly assemble components for heat exchangers.
• Precise Stacking: Accurately stack metal plates in accordance with blueprint specifications to ensure proper assembly.
• Leak Testing: Conduct thorough leak testing to identify and address any flaws, cracks, or leaks in heat transfer units.
• Inventory Management: Track and maintain accurate inventory counts, ensuring proper stock levels and availability of materials.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards, documenting any issues and ensuring corrective actions are taken.
• Workplace Organization: Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe at all times to maintain an efficient and productive environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify potential areas for improvement and communicate issues to the team for resolution.
• Tool Usage: Utilize hand tools for assembly, cleaning, and maintenance tasks as required.
• Data Entry: Perform data entry for inventory, quality inspections, and production reporting, both manually and electronically.

Work Environment:

This role is based in an industrial machine and fabrication shop where safety is paramount. Steel-toed shoes are required, and a focus on maintaining a safe and organized work environment is essential.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.50
