Overview

The Project Coordinator, Workforce Development, plays a key role in supporting and coordinating workforce development initiatives and projects. This position involves managing communication, organizing events, and providing logistical and administrative support to ensure successful execution of programs. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the Project Coordinator ensures alignment and collaboration across various workforce development efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination:
  • Coordinate workforce development projects by creating timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring milestones are met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication, ensuring clear and consistent updates to all stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, task lists, and status reports.
  • Monitor project deliverables and assist in identifying and resolving issues or delays.
  • Workforce Development Support:
  • Assist in executing workforce development initiatives, such as campus recruiting, employment branding, and talent pipeline programs.
  • Support collaboration with educational institutions, community organizations, and industry partners.
  • Track candidate progress, gather feedback, and maintain accurate data for workforce development programs.
  • Provide administrative support for the internship program and other talent pipeline initiatives.
  • Enterprise Learning Coordination:
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and deploying enterprise learning programs and initiatives across the organization.
  • Maintain enterprise learning files and content, track data, and generate reports to support compliance and organizational goals.
  • Coordinate communication and meetings related to enterprise learning initiatives.
  • Event and Activity Coordination:
  • Plan and coordinate workforce development events, including job fairs, panel discussions, and community outreach activities.
  • Represent Atlas Air at external events as needed, promoting the company and workforce development programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • One year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Computer skills required (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent documentation and written and communication skills.
  • Domestic travel required.
  • Demonstrated organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven attention to detail and customer service skills.

Salary Range: $52,500 - $71,000

Financial offer within the stated range will be based on multiple factors to include but not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset.
