Overview

The position is responsible for communicating with various departments, Store managers, AMs, and DVPs on existing and upcoming projects. The incumbent must manage information flow efficiently and accurately while producing electronic documentation of our store gondola, racking and product placement. Additionally suggesting merchandising improvements to the retail locations in order to attract customers and improve sales.

Responsibilities

Make Necessary revisions in order to have accurate as built documents

work with purchasing and store management on new product suggestions and produce revised product placement layouts that improve quality

Travel to stores and spark store personnel in the merchandising of their facilities 

Assist manager of space planning as needed. 

Qualifications

Associate&rsquos Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school or 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and comprehend documents (i.e. policy and procedure manuals) write routine reports and correspondence speak/present in front of a small group. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
