What you’ll be doing...

As an integral member of the Revenue Operations team and the key liaison between the VZC Operations, VZC Marketing and VZC Sales, the Marketing Operations Senior Manager will be responsible for driving growth and loyalty strategies for business customers ranging from small business to Enterprise and Government customers. This individual will proactively drive bottom-up data driven recommendations as well as adapt to top-down requirements from executive leadership. This individual will provide strategic analytical support to marketing/sales leadership, program directors and marketing managers to drive base strategies by sharing data insights, deep-dives, and accelerating action plans aligned with marketing opportunities. 

Below are just some of the responsibilities this individual will be responsible for overseeing:

  • Monitor and Optimize marketing processes - Monitor marketing tech stack performance for anomalies and partner with the VZC Marketing team to streamline processes and technologies to support marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints for various stages of their engagement - email campaigns, in-app messaging, Marketo, CMS, ABM, and other strategies to improve conversion rates. 
  • Manage strategic planning process for the Marketing Operations - engaging key stakeholders, driving long term and Hoshin objectives for the Marketing organization.
  • Own executive leadership updates via scorecards on program performance as well as KPI tracking and reporting. 
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue Enablement, Sales, and Revenue Operations to launch recommendations for improvement to marketing processes.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in marketing in a B2B environment, even better with large enterprise and/or or government customers.
  • Experience in delivering results in a fast-paced environment, while balancing multiple, highly complex, cross-functional projects/initiatives of varying priority.
  • Experience in sales and marketing methodologies, effective GTM sales execution and the resulting analysis and end to end reporting.
  • Experience with tools such as Marketo, DemandBase, Salesforce, and/or other marketing automation platforms.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Strong analytical skills, with successful experience in securing and analyzing large volumes of data to make recommendations to achieve specific operational goals
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite and database management.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to translate sales and marketing programs into financial statements.
  • Strong project management, team leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure of tight timelines.
  • Demonstrated communications and influence skills with different stakeholders.
  • Telecommunications or SaaS industry experience.

Where you’ll be working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $101,000.00 and $188,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
