Position Summary
Enhance the patient experience by providing a seamless navigation process from abnormal finding/diagnosis through the cancer continuum. Collaborate with physicians and members of the interdisciplinary team to coordinate and consistently manage patient care by serving as a point of contact for patients and families. Systematically and continually perform the functions of assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating care according to the nursing process and the Oncology Nursing Society Standards of Practice.
The work schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Located Downtown
