Salary: $20hr

A company on the southside of Indianapolis is hiring a 1st Shift Yard Laborer/Driver. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company with low turnover. 

1st Shift Yard Laborer/Driver's Pay/Benefits:

• Pay starts at $20/HR (based on experience)
• This is an evaluation to hire opportunity - the company is looking for someone to hire on long term
• The company offers competitive benefits once hired on
• Health benefits, PTO, paid holidays, and more!

Schedule: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 6 PM, some overtime may be required

Yard Laborer's Duties:

• This associate will be driving a company truck with a trailer to pick up boats from waterways (lakes and rivers).
• Job duties include loading/unloading boats from Semi-trailers, cleaning boats in the servicing department, setting up the showroom floor, and other similar tasks.
• Requirements include lifting 50 lbs. and the ability to drive a vehicle with a trailer.
• The company values team players with great attendance.
