High school diploma or GED. One year of cash handling or customer/guest service experience is required. Must be able to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends on a varied work schedule.
This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering phones and patron questions regarding the site and programs. This position is also responsible for handing cash, selling merchandise and Deering Estate experiences. Location: Deering Estate.
