General Summary of the Job:

This role will support the Americas Channel Operations team by providing a variety of support to N. America Channel Partners. This role will work with a variety of business systems (CPQ, Icertis, SFDC, Webkey and Highspot) to help Channel Partners with order entry, contracts, access to systems, content and policies relevant to the Channel Partner program. The role will operate under supervision from a mentor in the US. However, guidance will be available from a Brazilian Channel Ops team member.

Essential Functions:

Help Desk Requests from Partners (SFDC CASES)

  • Assist Channel Partners with order entry issues
  • Assist Channel Partners with logon issues
  • Assist Channel Partners with content or policies

CPQ support (Order Entry System)

  • Assist with CPQ training
  • Create Demo license orders

SFDC

  • Set up Partner contacts in SFDC

Icertis

  • Assist with creating contract amendments

Partner Support

  • Assist with Partner Onboarding
  • Assist with Partner termination process

Skills and Abilities:

  1. Applies acquired job skills and company policies to complete assigned tasks.
  2. Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practices.

Education and Experience Requirements

  1. College degree level standard or meaningful experience.
  2. Typically requires 1-2 years of Sales Operations or Business Operations experience.
  3. Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires supervisory instructions on new assignments.
  4. Fluency in written and spoken English.
