Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Technology Operations Specialist to join our team at Tenaya Lodge At Yosemite in Fish Camp, California. As a Technology Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing onsite IT support to all of Delaware North's properties within Sequoia National Park, Kings Canyon National Park, Tenaya at Yosemite, and Kalaloch Lodge in addition to providing level 1 remote support. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $68,640 - $68,640 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?

  • Manage IT support requests by creating, updating, and resolving help desk tickets and system access requests in ServiceNow; maintain procedural and organizational documentation using Confluence and other IT tools 
  • Provide hardware and software support for retail and food and beverage POS systems, including mobile and kiosk ordering solutions, and back-of-house workstations running various applications 
  • Support and troubleshoot property management systems, network infrastructure, and communication tools such as analog and IP phones and VOIP systems 
  • Administer and maintain enterprise software and systems, including Microsoft Active Directory, Office Suite, OneDrive, Kronos time clocks, and Java-based Time Manager 
  • Provide technical support for specialized systems and hardware, including Onity keycard systems, HotSOS, Citrix servers, and other vendor-specific solutions 

More about you

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in information management, computer science, computer systems engineering, business administration, or a related field 
  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience in the implementation, management, and maintenance of information technology infrastructure and IT systems including cloud architectures, server technologies, and communication technologies, LANs, WANs, telephone, voice, video, and data communication systems 
  • Any certification from the following associations: Cisco, CompTIA, ITSM, Microsoft, or PMI 
  • Ability to travel with driving company provided transportation to additional Delaware North property locations; valid US Driver's License is required 
  • Additional travel to other Parks locations in the west as required

  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
