Job Overview

• Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and hourly wages ranging from $18.50 - $26.00 per hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experiences.

We are looking for a Life Enrichment Coordinator to join the Ebenezer Team at our Martin Luther Care Center in Bloomington, MN. The Life Enrichment Coordinator will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and coordinate goal-oriented and therapuetic programs for all senior/adult residents. In addition, the role serves as a resource person for independent leisure pursuits. Enables residents to achieve optimal level of intellectual, social, emotional, physical, and spiritual potential.

This position includes :

• 80 hours every 2 weeks, full-time
• Rotating weekends and holidays
• Day Shift Hours; flexible schedule

Martin Luther Care Center, part of the Martin Luther Senior Living Campus is located in East Bloomington, near woodlands/wetlands and along the Minnesota River Bluffs. Managed by Ebenezer, we offer 137 units between our Skilled Nursing, Memory Care and Transitional Care. We have an outstanding team of tenured staff. The only thing missing is YOU! • Plan, implement, coordinate, evaluate, and conduct programs pertinent to the interests and needs of the individual resident
• Maintains compliance with state and federal regulations regarding medical record documentation and participation
• Other duties as assigned and advised

Required:

• Education: Associate (2 year) degree in business or healthcare-related area, OR High School diploma/GED and equivalent experience required.
• Current Driver’s License (in good standing)
• None to 1 Year
• Basic Computer skills and other office equipment

Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree in Therapeutic Recreation, Music Therapy or related field
• Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist
