We will count on you to:

• Design and develop the underlying architectures linking the fundamental technologies to enable the successful implementation of data projects
• Hire, lead, and manage a small team of developing engineers
• Create structures to enable streamlining of data processes
• Design the implementation of best practices in relation to Data Security, backup, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity and Archiving. Ensure alignment with Enterprise strategies
• Advocate for the appropriate tools, software, applications, and systems to support data technology goals. Drive technical best practices regarding data warehousing, Business Intelligence, and application interfaces
• Collaborate closely with the Technical Product Owner and Project Managers to deliver impact

What you need to have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, or mathematics
• Availability to work 3 times a week in the office
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with configuring Databricks via IAC and Terraform
• Ability to identify and proactively solve data-related problems
