Job Purpose
Assist the Electrical Director to plan ongoing enhancement work, design and monitor PPM scope and schedule and ensure effective and timely repairs on Property’s electrical systems and electrical equipment / appliances.
Key Responsibilities
Competencies and Requirements
Experience: Minimum 10 years of management experience on operation, maintenance of LV systems (Transformers, Switchboards, Emergency Generator Systems, UPS systems) and HV, MV system.
Knowledge/Certificates: Proficient in report writing, tendering, evaluation of vendor’s proposals, etc. Proficient in using various international codes and standards such as BS, IEC, IEE, etc. Knowledge of Macau regulation and market relating to the operation and maintenance of all electrical system/ equipment
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering
Language Ability: Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese/ Mandarin)
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office
