As a Senior Adoption Change Management consultant, you will be responsible for leading impactful technology change management projects across a diverse set of Modern Work projects. You will have the opportunity to leverage your strong communication, learning development, stakeholder management, and project management skills to enhance the digital employee experience for employees around the world. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end adoption change management projects, focusing on strategy, planning, delivery, and client relationship building
• Provide strategic thought leadership and consultancy to our clients by facilitating needs assessments, conducting change impact analyses, developing strategic roadmaps
• Lead external change management and marketing opportunities, including but not limited to leading global virtual and live events from inception to delivery
• Contribute to business development through the delivery of pitches, creation of proposal quotes, and commission-rewarded sale of projects
• Support in team leadership and continuous improvement by contributing to internal process development, internal change management efforts, and junior team member development
• Manage delivery, timeline, resources, and budgets of projects alongside the Project Management Office

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, communications, or a related field
• 4 years of experience in change management, preferably in a technology consulting or agency environment
• Proven experience leading Adoption Change Management programs for technology products
• Strong understanding of Adoption Change Management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Ability to develop effective strategies, communicate with confidence in both written and verbal formats, and create high-quality deliverables autonomously
• Fluency in core Microsoft 365 working applications (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and an understanding of Microsoft’s modern work environment (SharePoint Online, Copilot, Viva, Power Platform, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Technology consulting experience with proven team leadership and ability to learn evolving technologies
• Experience leading or supporting Adoption Change Management projects for Microsoft 365 technologies
• PROSCI or other change management certification or designation
• Ability to deliver work independently, proactively, quickly, and with high quality
• Strong project management, team leadership, and organization skills
• Ability to deliver and manage sales and marketing activities

The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $110,000 – $125,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and as applicable, other required qualifications.
