Osseo Area Schools Adult Basic Education serves nearly 1,000 adult students a year with a range of classes to provide adult students with English language learning, including reading, writing, speaking and listening skills as well as core academic content in social studies, science, math and writing to be successful on high school completion options and in college and career pathways. We are a technology robust school that uses Google Workspace. The position: Part Time Volunteer Coordinator and Clerical Support (Adult Basic Education)
Job summary: Assist the school staff in maintaining and expanding community-school interaction. Provide support and coordination of volunteer programs within the school. Provide support to staff and students for accommodation requests and/or recordkeeping related to accommodations.This position may also provide clerical support to our intake and attendance practices and procedures, including, but not limited to assisting with scheduling and setting up intake sessions, proctoring standardized tests, and providing communication to staff about student needs.

Work schedule: 4 hours/day; 3 hours/day volunteer coordinator/1 hour/day clerical support; this position may require some evening hours
