Within the total rewards solution, Korn Ferry Digital offers Korn Ferry Pay, a powerful tool that transforms compensation data into actionable insights. The Role

Associate Consultant - afternoon shifts - Rewards and Benefits (EMEA) 

The purpose of this client facing role is to partner with Commercial colleagues to support clients through their annual data collection cycles. The role will manage a segment of high profile multinational clients with global operations, ensuring that remuneration data is collected for all countries under contract, enabling clients to fully utilise their KF Pay subscription. This role will actively contribute towards global data growth strategies by encouraging clients to additionally submit data in all countries where they have operations.

The role will manage the end-to-end data collection approach, including set up, sending invites, tracking progress, chasing clients, running webinar support sessions, answering queries, and escalating non-responsive clients to Commercial colleagues. 

The role will work closely with colleagues in the Processing Centres, Commercial and local Delivery teams, and report to the Data Management Team Leader. The job will require broad reward expertise, focusing on understanding the client needs and an awareness of all products and services available in the Pay category. 

Due to supporting USA clients from Pilsen, Czech Republic, this role requires a willingness to work afternoon shifts 4 days a week (until 10 p.m.).

Key Accountabilities

  • Takes responsibility for the entire data collection activities of Korn Ferry’s multinational clients. 
  • Actively encourages clients to participate in additional surveys beyond the contract. 
  • Delivers webinar data collection (DCT) enablement sessions to Multinational clients. 
  • Takes corrective action including escalation when necessary to guarantee contracted data collection terms are met. 
  • Strong communicator who is confident to support clients across different managerial levels including Reward Directors, Regional Reward Managers and Analysts. 
  • Broad understanding of Pay Product Portfolio and global reward practises. 
  • Provides excellent client service, answering adhoc queries and ensuring client fully understands the process and commits to the submission deadlines. 
  • Provides feedback on Data Collection Tool enhancements and reports client issues to technical teams. 
  • Navigates a wide variety of existing processes, procedures and precedents. 
  • Tracks and updates client information in customer relationship management systems (Salesforce).

Skills & Experience

  • previous experience in a professional business environment, preferably in HR, Account Management or Project Management. 
  • University degree. 
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal English). Additional language skills would be advantageous. 
  • Develops an internal network of relationships, proactively shares experiences and learnings. 
  • Salesforce proficiency. 
  • Experience working with data; specifically, data capturing, data accuracy and handling confidential data. 
  • Proactively works to expand knowledge within the area of pay & benefits.
