$18/hour
Local hydraulic/pneumatic distributor in Norcross, GA looking for a first-shift shipper/receiver with a positive attitude. Dependability and punctuality a must.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Shipping/receiving UPS/FedEx and truck shipments, verifying items against a packing slip
- Receive packing lists into our system to be allocated for open orders or stock.
- Stock items onto shelves. Enter bin locations for stock items if not set up.
- Pull items from stock using pick tickets and preparing for UPS/FedEx or truck shipments
- Using UPS Worldship/FedEx software and completing Bill of Lading for freight shipments.
- Operating forklift and/or pallet jack to unload freight shipments.
- Cycle counts
- Applicant must be mechanically inclined and be able to use power and hand tools
- Applicant must be able to lift at least 100 lbs
- Possible assembly of hydraulic or pneumatic components.
Education/Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year+ of UPS Worldship/Fedex software experience
