Part-Time Housekeeper Job Description

Position: Part-Time Evening Housekeeper

Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays, anytime from 5:30 PM

Hours: 10 hours per week (5 hours per shift)

Pay: $15/hour

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented housekeeper to maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary environment. The ideal candidate should be efficient, thorough, and committed to upholding our cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities:

• General Cleaning:
• Clean and wipe tables, countertops, and storage areas.
• Remove trash, replace liners, and dispose of bags in the designated area.
• Sweep and mop floors; vacuum carpeted areas.
• Office Areas:
• Wipe desks, office tables, and countertops.
• Clean glass doors, windows, and office appliances.
• Kitchen:
• Clean and sanitize countertops and appliances, including the microwave.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
• Bathrooms:
• Disinfect and sanitize all surfaces.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Replace toilet paper rolls.
• Playground:
• Change trash bags and ensure the area is tidy.
• Hallways and Entrances:
• Sweep and mop hallways.
• Wipe glass doors and classroom door peepholes.
• Additional Tasks:
• Remove playdough stuck in carpets.
• Clear out stored furniture or toys from bathrooms.
• Handle laundry tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work during designated hours ( Tuesdays and Thursdays).
• Attention to detail and ability to follow the cleaning checklist.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and handle cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Compensation:

• $15/hour for a total of 10 hours per week.
