- Previous experience not required
- Must master each manufacturing process, making strong technical aptitude a requirement
- Strong written, oral communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
- Strong orientation toward quality, safety and continuous improvement
- Ability to work well in fast paced environment to meet team expectations.
- Understand and support company policies and procedures.
- Ability to take direction and act independently.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assemble and package product
- Collaborate with team members and participate in team discussions to achieve goals
- Work as a team and individually with a positive attitude
