Wayne State University is searching for an experienced Program Project Coordinator, C2 Pipeline - College of Nursing at its Detroit campus location.

Under limited direction, coordinate office services, programs and projects and multitask a variety of situations, responding in a timely manner to changes in priorities. The candidate will serve as the project coordinator in support of the C2 Pipeline program administration, participate in assigned programs and projects designed to achieve department goals and objectives and serve as liaison to internal and external contacts, representing the program as directed on all special programs exercising utmost confidentiality.
Anticipate the needs of the office and act accordingly. Assist in setting daily priorities, researching information, scheduling meetings, establishing timelines for special projects.
Coordinate and handle assignments involving a high level of organization, confidentiality, record keeping, attention to detail and accuracy. Monitor schedules, and due dates in order to establish meetings, ensure completion of tasks, and other documentation needed to reach desired goals.
Interpret procedures and processes to facilitate department goals and make revisions as necessary. Provide sound statistical information to the Department.
Preparing and coordinating in-service agenda, reviews, etc. Coordinate and track departmental submission of annual and quarterly documentation as requested by various institutions.
Assist Department Administration with annual budgets, professional development plans, and special requests pertaining to faculty recruitment and retention issues.
Maintain original file of all departmental agreements, memorandums of understanding, and official documentation.
Assist in preparation and/or submission and follow up of annual reviews, and/or reports pertaining to the strategic goals of the department.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: Specialist (minimum 5 years of job-related experience)
