Job Description:
The Salesforce.com Platform Support Engineer handles cross-application support and operational tasks for the enterprise SFDC Platform. This including INC/PRB management of platform tasks, user management, periodic maintenance, changes, and documentation. Also necessary to handle sandbox requests, refreshes, license management, and similar.
Includes ancillary platform tools such as the Archival/Backup with Odaseva, FormGen with Conga Composer, and other related technologies.
The role requires good communication and engagement skills, and effective time management.
