We have partnered with a local Tool & Die company. The are a diversified full-service manufacturing company specializing in CNC production machining, assembly, and tooling.
Summary:
We are looking for a 2nd sift Supervisor (CNC Machine Operator Team Lead). Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator, with leadership or supervisory experience.
Qualifications:
- Lead and supervise a team of CNC machine operators during the 2nd shift
- Operate CNC machines and ensure adherence to production schedules
- Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures to uphold TDS standards Coordinate with other departments, such as assembly and tooling, to facilitate a seamless production workflow
- Collaborate with supervisors from other shifts for effective communication and transition of responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with company policies
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 5:30pm - 03:30am
