We are looking for a Project Engineer/Senior Project Engineer (Technology) to join our team in our Zoetermeer office on a staff basis.

The Project Engineer (Technology) will have a clear record of innovation. This role involves actively supporting technology projects to accelerate their development and transform Seaway7's business.

What will you be doing?

• Conduct thorough engineering reviews of the latest technological advancements.
• Collaborate with Technology Leads to advance the development of innovative concepts.
• Perform calculations, studies, and create technical documents.
• Analyse competitors’ technologies to offer insights and recommendations.
• Develop business cases for innovative solutions.
• Support the creation of qualification criteria and test new concepts.
• Promote a Health & Safety culture within the team.
• Keep up-to-date with industry standards, best practices, and new technologies in offshore wind.

• Engineering degree (mechanical, civil or similar) with minimum 1-3 years’ of experience in energy industry. Senior Engineers are expected to have approx 5+ years of relevant experience.
