Lead a team of engineers working on the most sensitive and complex issues in the organization
Help set the standards of development of the entire organization
Work in real time high scale systems where any delay can be critical
Work with all other development teams in the organization to help facilitate coding standards and the proper way to integrate code into a complex and high scale system
Work closely with devops to integrate new solutions and detect and solve bottle necks and choke points
Work hands-on in designing, developing, testing and maintaining a high performance and distributed infrastructure
Requirements
6+ years of hands on python experience working on large scale systems and applications
2+ years of management experience leading teams of developers.
Proven experience with developing and maintaining high-scale production, enterprise level systems
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Strong technical understanding of high scale systems and understanding of how different components interact
