• Founded in April 2015, Pico is a leading XR company with independent innovation and R&D capabilities, focusing on XR all-in-one technology. Pico is committed to offering immersive and interactive XR experiences to our customers, including providing tailor-made solutions for our enterprise clients in the fields of education and healthcare.
• As a world-renowned VR/AR brand with independent innovation and R&D capabilities, Pico has been at the forefront of the consumer electronic market. We have teams in Northern America, Europe, Japan and South Korea. We are looking for a skilled and creative hardware product manager to join us to build our VR/AR new product.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, hardware, software, AI) to align goals.
• Track technical development progress and resolve challenges.
• Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and address issues proactively.
• Allocate resources effectively and manage budgets across projects.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress and roadblocks.
• Continuously improve project management processes for efficiency.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards with coordination from QA teams.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in consumer electronics or wearable technology.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects involving hardware, software, and AI components.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Solid understanding of product development lifecycles and hardware/software integration.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications.
• Experience with AR/MR environments, sensor technology, and AI applications.
• Knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing processes for hardware products.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in complex projects.
• Passion for wearable technology and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and external contracts.
