Job Summary:

Supermicro is looking for project specialist to enhance our proposition in Edge Computing segment. The project specialist must support the Solution Manager team with internal procedures and coordinate with cross departments to ensure the projects reach massive production stage smoothly. 

On top of that, to support Sales and FAE of key projects with after-sale service to ensure the satisfaction of customers. The position is based in our EMEA headquarter in 's-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support a team of Solution Managers with internal procedure before, during and after massive production of projects.
• Coordinate with cross departments efficiently and effectively for the progress of projects. 
• Capable with X.86 system configuration would be a plus.
• Passionate on building up knowledge of Edge Computing operating system (Windows IoT, Linux) and hardware.
• Work closely with internal engineering team to ensure key accounts' expectations and requirements are fulfilled.
• Manage projects with USA HQ project managers.
• Manage monthly Emb BV training and updates.
• Ensure customer overall satisfaction. Coordinate with cross departments to resolve various issues or concerns in a timely manner during the lifecycle of a project.
• Lead and conduct back-order management analysis and monthly forecast analysis in a regular manner.
• Ensure the team has enough time awareness regarding meeting or exceeding monthly shipment targets and provide solution for recovery.

Qualifications:

• Responsible for large projects delivery and attention to detail planning. 
• Strong communication skills in verbal and writing formats.
• Good usage of excel for analyzing data.
• Industry project management certification is a plus.
• Preferred industry experience in industrial automation, network security or edge computing. 
• Proactive working attitude.
• Bachelor's (or above) degree preferably in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Project Management, or equivalent experience.
