Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals/ ( example) Block IT
- Lead and supervise a team of managers/ supervisors
- Ensure all operational activities comply with legal, regulatory and company standards
- Oversee human resources management , including hiring, training, and performance with shared local business partners
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement processes
- Lead cross- functional teams for continuous improvements initiatives
KPI's:
Operational Efficiency: Keeping all locations open and running 7 days /week
Customer Satisfaction : Monitoring all reviews/ patient complaints , EDS
Employee Retention : Achieving a target employee turnover rate ( less than 15% per year)
Compliance: No violations or fines from regulatory bodies
