As a Service Manager - Chief Stewarding, we rely on you to：

• Responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the Stewarding Department 
• Control flow and supply of chinaware / flatware/ glassware
• Ensures accurate tabulation of all losses / breakage and proposes the purchase of all operating equipment
• Maintenance of health, safety and hygiene in all F&B areas
• Actively seek staff feedback and suggestions to improve operations

We are looking for someone who:

• Displays initiative
• Oral and written fluency in English
• Commitment to professional values
• Team leader/ builder
• Willing to work extended hours when required
• At least 3 years experience in international class hotel in a similar capacity
