Site Reliability Engineer

We are building a new Site Reliability Engineering team at Mexico City as part of our Configuration Management group within Legal Technology Infrastructure and Operations. This team will support application infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD tooling across multiple Thomson Reuters products. Key technologies include AWS cloud services, GitHub/GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Services, monitoring tools, and more.
About the Role
In this opportunity as a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Design, implement, and manage scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-based infrastructure.
Monitor and maintain system performance and reliability through proactive measures and incident response.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, and Azure DevOps.
Automate routine operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Partner with application development teams to align on priorities and deliverables.
Collaborate with security, compliance, and governance teams to meet standards and certifications.
Respond to and resolve incidents to minimize downtime and impact on users.
conduct post-incident reviews and implement improvements.
Document system architecture, processes, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and scalability.
