Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to building high-impact, customer-facing products. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development experience, particularly in Python and Django, along with proficiency in modern web technologies and cloud infrastructure. Experience in healthcare systems is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python and Django.
  • Build robust REST and/or GraphQL APIs backed by SQL databases.
  • Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Work on healthcare-specific ERP, EHR, and EMR systems, integrating FHIR APIs as needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and apply them to solve complex problems.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment with flexible working hours.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-6 years of experience in software engineering, preferably in building customer-facing products.
  • 2-6 years of hands-on backend development experience with Python and Django.
  • Proficiency in creating REST and/or GraphQL APIs with SQL database integration.
  • Experience with deploying applications on cloud infrastructure like AWS.
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React, TypeScript, NodeJS, and Redux.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with healthcare-based ERP, EHR, or EMR systems.
  • Knowledge of FHIR APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
