Customer Service Representative – $20+ per hour
A local Cranbury company is searching for a Customer Service Representative who will have core responsibilities in handling company accounts. The fun and high-energy work environment allows the Customer Service Rep to be the first step in helping customers. This position receives inbound calls, and at times, will make outbound follow-up client calls. Employees that work here say they enjoy how as a team they will document calls and submit orders creating an informed Customer Service team. This role works independently with custom company software, the ability to type 30+ words per minute and proper phone etiquette is essential.
