Business Development and Marketing Manager

As our Business Development and Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and enhancing our mental and behavioral health programs through strategic marketing initiatives and fostering new business opportunities. This position focuses on outreach, community engagement, and sustainability across our crisis centers and mental health outpatient programs as needed. You'll lead efforts in creating marketing campaigns, developing relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations, leading presentations, and optimizing referral sources through market research and strategic collaboration with clinical leadership. Your involvement in local events and conferences will further amplify our visibility and network within the Boise, Nampa, Caldwell, and Payette areas. We are excited to envision the substantial impact this role can make in raising awareness and improving mental health services in our community.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• 3 or more years’ experience in business development or marketing, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health. 
• Experience with grant writing and funding applications, as well as proficiency in marketing tools, customer relation management, intermediate PC skills, and excellent communication and presentation skills preferred.
• Knowledge of Idaho’s healthcare system, community resources, and an understanding of the behavioral health landscape and trends- preferred
• Valid ID Driver’s license and current auto insurance
• Ability to pass ID DHW background checks
