Salary: $30+ hourly
Express Employment Professionals is seeking 2nd and 3rd Shift Electrical Maintenance Technicians!
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install electrical/electronic systems.
- Work with Allen Bradley PLCs (PLC 5, SLC 500) for system analysis and troubleshooting.
- Maintain compliance with electrical codes, OSHA, and safety standards.
- Plan and implement solutions for production and equipment issues.
- Install and maintain electrical wiring and systems in the facility.
- Perform quality checks to meet customer requirements.
- Document and communicate issues effectively within the team.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with PLCs, AC/DC motors, variable frequency drives, and electrical systems up to 440V.
- Knowledge of proximity and photo sensors.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree, vocational certification, or journeyman’s license. (Preferred)
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, SPC, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Strong problem-solving, technical, and mechanical skills.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
- Proficiency with hand tools, multi-meters, and Microsoft Office.
- Effective communication, leadership, and time-management skills.
Salary: $30+ hourly
