Job Summary Job Summary The Head Cheerleading Coach is responsible for teaching, choreographing, and motivating a team of cheerleaders. They must be able to plan and lead practices, create and implement routines, and provide instruction and feedback. Additionally, they must ensure that their team abides by safety regulations and maintains good sportsmanship. The purpose of a cheerleading coach is to lead, motivate, and inspire a team of cheerleaders to achieve their highest potential in the sport of cheerleading. The coach provides instruction, guidance, and support to the team, and works to develop each member's individual skills and abilities. The coach also works to foster a safe and positive learning environment that encourages teamwork and good sportsmanship.
