As a Sr Application Developer on our Mortgage Servicing Team, you will be instrumental in developing and
maintaining critical software solutions that directly support our core business operations. You will contribute to our
strategy of achieving leadership distinction in residential mortgage servicing by building scalable, robust, and high-
performance applications on modern cloud platforms.

The Sr Application Developer supports functions which require automation/systems development, including initial development and ongoing support of the suite of applications that would help manage pricing, trading, hedging, pooling and shipping or other functions depending on the department. As the Sr Application Developer, you must be proficient in Open Source/LAMP stack and .NET skill sets that support the IT development path.
The Sr Application Developer will:
Architect and Develop:
Design and develop application architectural frameworks, including web
applications, cloud-based solutions on Amazon AWS, and database models.
Build and Integrate:
Develop RESTful APIs and reusable NuGet packages to streamline development
efforts.
Optimize Data:
Develop ETL packages using SSIS to efficiently extract and process large datasets.
Analyze and Design:
Conduct system and business process analysis, and contribute to the creation of
detailed technical specifications.
Deploy and Enhance:
Perform unit testing, collaborate with testing teams, deploy applications to
production, and troubleshoot production issues.
Ensure Quality and Collaboration:
Define and manage development quality, provide technical guidance,
and foster strong team collaboration.
