As a Senior Business Planning Manager at Rolls-Royce, you will play a key role in shaping the future of business aviation. In this pivotal position, you will improve and execute the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process, as well as drive the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process. Your expertise will be instrumental in influencing both short-term results and long-term strategies. You will gain key insights into customer demand, operations, and finance, while collaborating with diverse teams across various levels of the organization.

What you will be doing

With this exciting opportunity you will get a chance to:

• Lead cross-engine prioritisation discussions with A&T to agree engine launch profile.
• Lead improvement workstreams in the global SIOP improvement project.
• Agree mid-term sales and operations plan with all business aviation programmes, liaise programme managers, VPs, finance, and operations planning & control.
• Improve existing tools for effective business forecasting and provide analyses for solid business decisions.
• Manage senior business stakeholders and create a sound logic for business planning decisions.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

• Hold a university degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Bring extensive experience in planning, sales operations, and inventory management.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen, with a proven ability to drive informed, impactful decisions.
• Possess advanced analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Have a successful track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving strategic initiatives.
• Be proficient in English, both written and verbal.
