Job Title: Licensed 4-40 CSR

Location: Sun City Center, FL

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Overview:

We are seeking a Licensed 4-40 Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Sun City Center. In this role, you will manage the front desk, answer incoming calls, and handle updates or signatures needed from customers as alerted by insurance carriers. You will also have opportunities to cross-sell plans to current customers (no cold calling). The ideal candidate will have experience with DocuSign/e-signature platforms and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage front desk operations and handle customer inquiries.
• Receive alerts from carriers regarding updates and signatures needed from customers, and follow up accordingly.
• Cross-sell insurance plans to existing customers when opportunities arise.
• Use DocuSign/e-signature platforms for obtaining customer signatures.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records for customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid 4-40 insurance license.
• Experience in cross-selling plans is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are a plus.
• Proficiency with DocuSign/e-signature platforms.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
