Brand Loyalty and Giving Team

Bell is seeking a Part Time Corporate Giving Specialist to join our team and bring their passion for working with nonprofits. This position is on-site, located at Bell’s Fort Worth, TX headquarters and will report to the Manager, of Brand and Corporate Giving within the Strategic Pursuits organization.

The Corporate Giving Specialist is responsible for supporting and facilitating the corporate giving initiatives of the organization. This role involves managing the all aspects of corporate giving programs including coordinating grant processes, maintaining Cyber Grants platform, maintaining strong relationships with nonprofits, and providing support to the Corporate Giving Councils.

What you’ll be doing as a Corporate Giving Specialist

  • Maintain Cyber Grants platform organized and up to date on grant applications, recipients, funding amounts, and other relevant information.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity, regularly updating records and generating reports as needed.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for grant applicants, responding to inquiries, providing guidance, and offering support throughout the application process.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including the corporate giving council, finance department, and compliance team to ensure partner non-profits receive funding in a timely, fair and compliant manor.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with HR, Internal Communications, Giving Councils and Employee Resource Group (ERG) leaders to identify and promote volunteer opportunities for employees that align with our corporate giving priorities.
  • Foster strong relationships with our local and partner non-profits that help generate a positive brand perception of Bell in the community.
  • Prepare quarterly community impact reports and advocate for consistent usage of the Textron Volunteer Tracker.
  • Coordinate campaign efforts and identify co-leads for the annual United Way Campaign.

Qualifications

Skills You Bring To this Role

  • Strong organizational and presentation skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in database management and using software tools to streamline processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.

What you need to be successful

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, nonprofit management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience in business, nonprofit management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in grant administration, corporate giving, or philanthropy.
