At BlueHalo, we’re not just testing software – we’re ensuring the future of mission-critical solutions. We're seeking a Test Engineer 2 to join our PRIME contract team in Annapolis Junction, MD. This role focuses on developing and sustaining integrated, feature-rich capabilities that modernize visualization and presentation tools. You like to do this:

  • Take ownership of the product release process, driving automation improvements and regression testing.
  • Develop and execute test plans and procedures, documenting test results.
  • Conduct automated testing (service and UI) and manage continuous integration pipelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product releases.
  • Optimize performance and efficiency of testing processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in testing technologies and best practices.
  • Document and ensure all technical documentation meets requirements.

You are required to have this:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or related discipline, or 9 years of test engineering experience.
  • Five (5) years of experience as a TE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Experience with standard test processes, regression testing, and automated testing.
  • Proficiency with GitLab, Testkube, JMeter, Selenium/Robot.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Salary Range: $97,500 - $157,000

The BlueHalo pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several factors including, but not limited to, level of position, job responsibilities, geographic location, scope of relevant work experience, educational background, certifications, contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, alignment with local internal equity as well as alignment with market data.
