PRINCIPLE DUTIES OF THE POSITION:

This position reports to Sales Director of UOP China, focus on leading the sellers to drive growth of UOP Equipment business through key customers engagement, new opportunities development and collaborating across teams in China and Global.

KEY ACCOUNTABLITLIES

Develop Equipment business strategy in China and own the execution which include but not limited to Trays, HighFlex TubeT, ACI, Control systems and so on.

Full AOP accountability in terms of orders, revenue, income, cash flow, capex investments, and key customer satisfaction.

Develop sustainable business and operation models to scale this business, by streamlining the tremendous values from strategic partners, sales excellence, offering management, pricing, NPI.

Support internal teams by offering market & competitive insights and help develop compelling value proposition.

Represent the equipment business in China to engage key stakeholders externally and internally, increase the market visibility of our offerings.

Continuously identifying new sales opportunities and focusing on providing consultative support by building value propositions for solutions into the account.

Provide adequate infrastructure and support to sellers in compliance with local policies/practices, processes and standard operating procedures. Partner with sellers to negotiate and close transactions.

Managing and building customer contacts, acts as an advisor/consultant to understand customers unmet needs.

Provide oversight to the equipment sales team, own to enhance the sales capability,

Engage in UOP China and Global MOS, ensure communications across teams in the regional organization, in global organization and with strategic partners.KEY ATTRIBUTES

Experience in BD or Sales with a hunter’s attitude

Financial awareness of the levers that can be applied to make project feasible

Efficient communicator, with a high level of interpersonal skills, ability to present to audience

Fast thinker, ability to process & connect disparate data to create a well-articulated pitch

Experience navigating complex sales cycle and negotiation

Customer obsession a must

Excellent storyteller, takes ownership, simplifies problem and is curious to learn

Customer engagement at senior levels; building long-term strategic and executive relationship

Ambitious, self-motivated, hardworking, results orientated, problem solver with a positive outlook and a clear focus on driving profit

Cross selling and consultative selling - experience with collaborating across both client and own organization to drive a One-Honeywell approach

Willingness to travel (>30 %)

QUALIFICATIONS: 

20+ years of working experience at a global MNC in the industrial; managerial experience is preferred.

Industrial knowledge and experience in PMT or UOP related industries.

Operational experience beyond strategy, e.g. prior roles in B2B sales & marketing, business development, and other client-facing organizations would be strongly preferred.

Comfortable managing multiple, complex projects and changing priorities, while making sound decisions in a highly dynamic environment.

Highly motivated, assertive, energetic, with superior communication skills.
