We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and hands-on individual to join our team as the Business Support Analyst of Learning Management Systems (LMS). In this role, you will own and manage the business applications related to external and internal Learning Management Systems. Your primary focus will be on E2E business process, Systems Architecture and LMS Integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity with the rest of the IT Business Applications landscape. You will work closely with cross-functional business and IT teams to understand and define the business process, define the strategy, define requirements and design solutions that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • E2E Ownership and Management of Learning Management Systems: You will take ownership of our current internal (employees) and external (customers, partners, guests) LMS platforms, CMS platform, Certification platform, Badging platform, and any future solutions / platforms, ensuring their effective functioning and optimal utilization for training and development purposes.
  • Systems Administration, Maintenance and Support: Hands-on administration, and oversight of ongoing maintenance and support activities for the LMS, CMS, and Certification platforms, ensuring their stability, security, and high availability.
  • Training and User Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the LMS platforms for learning and development activities.
  • Stay Updated with Technology Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to learning management systems, content management systems, certification platforms, and badging systems.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Overall ~5 years of experience managing enterprise business applications, with 3+ years of managing Learning Management Systems and related technologies.
  • Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, LMS specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of E2E business process for Enablement, Learning Management, Certification Management, etc., and their best practices. 
  • Intermediate experience in Systems Architecture, Integration, Solution Design, and SSO (internal and external) authentication for LMS platforms.
  • Strong familiarity with various LMS platforms like Litmos and Skilljar, CMS platforms like Mediafly, Certification platforms like Certiverse, Badging/ Gamification systems like Influitive/ Credly/ Accredible, and data/reporting platforms like Snowflake and Tableau. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional business stakeholder and technology teams.
  • Must be extremely hands on, willing and able to administer the LMS platforms as an individual contributor. 
  • Willing to work with onshore and offshore teams.
