Job description. 

Huge is looking for a Senior Analyst to join the Data Science and Analytics team in Colombia. As a Senior Analyst, you will analyze data and develop insights around user engagement in order to inform critical product decisions. You’ll partner closely with internal UX and program teams as well as clients to ensure that our teams are measuring success.

What we’d like to see.

  • Experience creating reporting templates, crafting narratives from data analysis, and creating presentation materials to support that analysis.
  • Experience crafting and analyzing online experiments with a strong understanding of A|B and multivariate testing.
  • Experience with GA4 is required.
  • Experience with Looker Studio or other visualization tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL is required and experience with BigQuery is a bonus.
  • Flexibility to adapt to new/unfamiliar tools, data, and problems, and experience with or interest in learning programming languages such as Python.
  • Strong appreciation for design and user experience.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Define learning objectives, KPIs, and supporting metrics based on business objectives and design direction.
  • Evaluate analytics implementations in order to understand and optimize the site interactions and behavioral variables that are being captured.
  • Analyze large integrated datasets to tell a comprehensive story of how users engage with client digital initiatives, identifying pain points and opportunities to improve the experience and meaningfully impact the business.
  • Leading analytics presentations for major clients and multiple streams of work.
  • Collaborate with other Huge capability teams to inform design, content, and user experience development decisions.
  • Develop deep, trusted partnerships with clients to deliver strategic insight that informs the direction of the engagement.
  • Evolve existing data ecosystems, evaluate measuring gaps, establish a roadmap, on-boarding new technologies, defining processes and governance.
