  • Perform support activities to develop, implement and administer compensation and benefits programs
  • Participate in compensation and benefits surveys to analyze company’s competitive position
  • Assist in annual salary structures review
  • Assist in design of compensation and benefit programs to ensure competitiveness with trends, practices and costs
  • Support employee wellness initiatives
  • Assist in ad-hoc Total Rewards projects as needed

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any field (preferably Human Resource Management)
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources – Compensation & Benefits in a multinational ‘manufacturing’ companies

PREFERRED:

  • Master’s Degree or above in the field of Human Resources would be advantageous
  • Previous organizations with over 6,000 employees ++ would be advantageous
  • Knowledge and experience using WORKDAY would be advantageous 

SKILLS:

  • Demonstrate a great level of English proficiency (written / verbal)
  • Highly numerical and meticulous in detail (proficient in MSOffice) 
  • Strong listening and communication skills with extensive knowledge of local labor regulations
  • Excellent research, analytical, problem solving and project management skills 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a team environment
