We have an opportunity for a Senior Account Manager – Process Solutions to join us at Turkey, Istanbul..To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to use, repair and maintain machines and tools, have good knowledge of engineering science and technology and be an analytical thinker.

Key Requirements:

  • Remain as a Primary Customer Interface for the HPS business development 
  • Achieving sales targets and quotas for designated accounts
  • Maintaining customer relationships conducive to business
  • Manage & grow existing accounts, develop new accounts for HPS
  • Setting & executing the Account Plan for the assigned account to achieve growth
  • Working very closely with Line of Business (LOB) representatives for customer satisfaction
  • Analyzing sales and marketing data to determine further growth opportunities

Key skills and qualifications

  • Engineering degree in Control / Electrical & Electronics / Computer / Mechatronics
  • 10 years overall experience out of which recent min. 5 years of outside sales experience
  • Experience in industrial technology sales, solution selling, consultative selling 
  • Experience in doing business with end users & contractors for various vertical markets like Oil& Gas, Pipelines & Terminals, Refining, Petrochemicals
  • Ability to manage, lead, negotiate & finalize large-value deals with a thorough understanding of contract terms
  • Excellent written and presentation skills with proficiency in Turkish and English language.
