Qualification: bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

The role is to support the Production Support team.

Looking for members having expert knowledge in SimCorp Product having exposure to Investment banking domain and ITIL knowledge. Also, need to have the SQL Server database knowledge.

1) Analysing Business/Functional Requirement documents. Assisted Application Development team to gain a full understanding of business needs and requirements.

2) Supporting the team with domain related queries with respect to Client specific BSD’s and FSD’s.

3) Maintaining upstream and downstream dependency in respect to delivery of required files and date.

4) Investigating root cause analysis and impact analysis in case any issues occurred maintain communication.

5) Maintaining availability of Environments and sending availability notifications to stakeholders.

6) Provide Production Support to the business in diagnosing problems with inbound and outbound Flows.

7) Proactively monitor for failed jobs due to transformation errors or bad business data and resolve as appropriate.

8) Understanding job flows, setting up dependencies, monitoring rerunning of the jobs.

9) Maintaining application knowledge required to Support applications and updating Support procedures or troubleshooting procedures on knowledge repository.

10) Provide Support for ongoing migrations and new flow deployments.

11) Ensure that any issues that may impact payment flows are dealt with, or escalated in a timely manner.

12) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as exemplified by clear bug/issue explanations, documentation of knowledge, mentoring ability, and comfort interacting with all levels of management.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Product Specific

1) Should have experience in Investment Banking product “Simcorp Dimension” in Fund Accounting.

2) Should have exposure on Wealth Management domain – North America.

3) Should have worked with various configuration and implementation on various extraction menus.

4) Knowledge required on NAV (Net Asset Value) Calculations.

5) Creation of Batch Jobs and Batch Job Groups to perform the importer or extractor in a logical sequence

6) Operational knowledge required on “Service Platform” to handle server services.

7) Setting up Market data validation for all the securities to ensure prices are validated

8) Configuring and Creating Various Instrument trade support to book transactions.

9) Should be aware of entire life cycle of trade processing with SCD.

10) Should have experience in SQL Server (version 2015) database.

11) Proactively monitor for failed jobs due to transformation errors or bad business data and resolve as appropriate.

12) Understanding job flows, setting up dependencies, monitoring rerunning of the jobs.

Operational Specific:

13) Should have ITIL and Investment Banking domain knowledge.

14) Flexible to work in shifts and rotating week-offs.

15) Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment.

16) Quick Learner – business process, product and technological changes.

17) Ability to quickly learn new and complex processes.

18) Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (written and verbal)

19) Excellent collaboration skills and great team player.

20) Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
