Position Summary:
The Advisor, Recruiting Operations will support processes, systems, and training for the global recruiting team. This role will conduct weekly reporting on open and filled positions, providing pivot tables, charts and graphs on year-to-date progress. This role will also partner closely with the HR Operations and HRIS (Workday) teams to stay informed of new recruiting features in Workday Recruiting and optimizing how and when to potentially implement or integrate those features. This person will also support other related recruiting systems such as LinkedIn and Yello.
In addition to reporting and systems, this person will develop and launch self-guided Recruiter Training via Workday focused on Endeavor and TKOs recruiting process and standards including how to use the Workday System. These trainings will ensure new and existing recruiters are trained on process and system expectations. This will ensure proper use of the system to ensure data cleanliness in reporting.
This role will be responsible for monthly audits to ensure positions are properly closed out and metrics align with recruiting productivity.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

$63,750 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$85,000 annually
