We are looking for a talented CONTROLS TECHNICIAN III to join our specialized MANUFACTURING team for our CUMMINS company in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua.

In this role, you will have an impact in the following ways:

  • Identify and report hazards, comply with HSE regulations, and promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Perform work according to technical specifications, and participate in failure analysis and preventive maintenance.
  • Follow-up on failures in the area
  • Immediate repairs.
  • Closing emergency tickets.
  • Communication with other shifts and technicians
  • Diagnosis of failures

  • Education, Licenses, Certifications: 
  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. 
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. 
  • Experience: 
  • Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
  • Knowledge of pneumatics and electronics.
  • Labview knowledge.
  • Knowledge of PLC (AB, Simens).
  • Basic knowledge of use of maximum.
  • Knowledge of LOTO, work at height and electrical safety.
  • Basic pneumatic, hydraulic and sanitary knowledge.
  • Have at least 12 months of the last promotion.
  • Excellent punctuality and attendance record in the last 12 months (No reprimands or suspensions).
