- Ensures EH & S and other Regulatory Compliance in area of responsibility.
- Ensure compliance and adherence of all supply chain processes and procedure in area of responsibility.
- Close monitoring of service level to Key customers.
- Coordinate with internal and external customers in resolving issues.
- Track and review, performance of CSR to ensure timely actions for avoiding disturbance in operation.
- Coordinates Pre- S&OP review meetings with the Sales, Logistic, Demand and supply to identify the opportunities of improvements. Track the actions generated in the meetings and make follow-up to close the same.
- Where needed Escalate issues and ensures coaching and support from supervisor.
- Provide guidance to CSR team based on management direction.
- Assure positive behavior in team to deliver task collaboratively
- Track and review the exceptions to SLAs with supervisor.
- Review back order with planning team on suitable intervals to minimize the Gap of material availability against forecast and customer order.
- Ensure that below KPIs are tracked, reviewed monthly and actions are taken to meet below targets.

- Proactively highlight the challenges in the area of operation to all the stake holders for better management of situations.

Education: Graduate & Post Graduate Degree any Discipline
- 5-7 years experiences in supply Chain & customer service
- Desired Lean Six Sigma Certification & experience on MIS reporting’s
- Good Knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP system SAP, HANA
- Strong ownership, and be able to work well under pressure
- Customer oriented and Action Focused
- Good knowledge on excel & Power point.
- Fluent in English and Local language (added advantage)
- Knowledge of overall supply chain function
