The Customer Success Manager is responsible for maintaining relationships with customers within a specified region. Within 30 days, learn and be familiar with Snowflake solutions, positioning, competition, and product suite. Internalize Snowflake Customer Success stories and Customer Success systems and processes. Within 60 days, begin to engage your portfolio of customers. Become fluent in their history, their goals with Snowflake and the Snowflake team supporting them. Within 90 days, be fully ramped and executing against your initial portfolio of customers. Take ownership of the engagement, retention, and growth of your customers.
